Sharon F. Danzger is the founder of Control Chaos (est 2006) and author of Super-Productive: 120 Strategies to Do More and Stress Less. She is a productivity consultant and leadership coach. She is an experienced and engaging presenter who covers a wide range of topics that enable individuals to gain greater control of their time, enhance performance, and reduce stress.
Through corporate training and leadership coaching, Sharon empowers individuals to make small changes that have a big impact on productivity, performance, and well-being.
She has consulted for a variety of businesses, from international conglomerates to small companies and nonprofits.
Before starting her firm, Danzger worked in financial services for the Prudential Insurance Company of America in a variety of areas including commercial real estate, underwriting, and corporate social responsibility.
Sharon has been a guest lecturer at Columbia University’s Executive MBA program and an Assistant Instructor at the University of Pennsylvania.
She is a certified professional coach and holds the PCC (Professional Certified Coach) designation from the International Coach Federation.She is a Fearless Organization Certified Practitioner and earned a certificate from the Harvard Law School Program on Negotiation in Leadership.She holds the CFA, CLU, and ChFC designations.
Ms. Danzger tailors her interactive sessions to the needs and interests of her audience. She also provides individual and group leadership coaching.

Sharon received her bachelor’s degree in economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, a master’s degree in real-estate finance from New York University, and a master’s degree in applied positive psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.
